Analytical Planning

For us, the most effective ways of tackling a problem is a) to write about it and b) to construct a realistic model of it. The process of building a model will help us to structure the problem into smaller and smaller blocks until we understand the fundamental drivers and the subsequent dynamics of the original problem. For us, after many years of practical experience, this process has become almost second nature.

Technical Planning

On the technical level we conceive and build new planning and forecasting models. Planning models that are explicitly aware of their economic context is one of our core competences. We are further able to offer and deliver a multi-period stochastic financial planing solution in form of an integrated financial statement (BS, P&L, Liquidity).

Further, we give you new strategic options by first stabilising and then extending your existing financial planning solution (for example from Excel or in Quantrix).
